Transition Learning is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), founded by Andrew Rodgers in 2014.
Andrew heads up the team at Transition Learning and is a passionate leader, who holds the belief that learning is a life long process and should be integrated into all organisation, no matter the size.
In addition to tertiary qualifications in Business and Human Resource Management, Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Curtin Graduate School of Business. With a suite of business qualifications, Andrew has a well rounded view of the business sector, and is well situated to assist organisations with their learning and development requirements.
Prior to establishing Transition Learning, Andrew established and operated a not-for-profit, industry-owned RTO. During his involvement, the organisation injected more than 60 full-time employees into an industry where the skills and labour shortages were adversely affecting many organisation’s. The success of this RTO, allowed the industry to grow, and respond to market opportunities.
In addition to leading the team at Transition Learning, Andrew is also involved in various SME’s, holding leadership positions. With extensive experience managing and developing SMEs, plus many years spent in the recruitment, consulting, training and development sectors, Andrew provides a strong foundation for the services offered by Transition Learning.
